​Aishwarya Gupta is intuitive visual artist based in India. She is an IT professional for last 15+ years, a wife and a mother of a 5yr old. Being artistically inclined from a young age, she always found ways to let art play a prominent role in her life. Dancing and painting were always her most favourite things to do. As time progressed, she went on with the life while keeping her art practice alive by doing smaller paintings. Covid-19 era gave her the time and space to pick up the canvases again. She started with mandalas and landscapes and finally tried her hands on abstract for the first time. And since then, there is no turning back for her. The concept of not knowing the outcome is what intrigues her the most. She sold her first abstract painting in March 2022 to a complete stranger from USA and since then has been shipping worldwide. She has finally found something which gives her the happiness, joy and purpose that was missing from her otherwise full filled looking life. She is a sucker for bright colors and absolutely loves mark making. She paints intuitively and her inspirations are her own emotions. She is a sensitive person and feels things more than she sees them. Most of the time, she tries to re-experience moments of the past. Often inspired by an emotional memory, a dream, or a paradise she wishes to visit.
